Serving board Tivoli music venue - limited edition

We made these unique serving boards from the shelves from the old filing cabinets where contracts were once stored. Planks that tell the story of the many artists who have performed at Utrecht's legendary music venue on the Oudegracht.

The old dust has been removed. We left the scratches, dents and bends on the top intact. Furthermore, the spruce and pine planks are beautifully flattened, sanded smooth and finished with natural grapeseed oil. If you smell very closely, the old Tivoli scent still seems to come through... or is that our nostalgia?

To support Utrecht as a stage for music and culture for the widest possible audience, part of the proceeds will go to the TivoliVredenburg Foundation. This is how we keep the legacy of the Tivoli music venue alive together!

Shipping or collection
Orders are shipped within 5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. In consultation, it is also possible to collect your order free of charge from our workshop.

Maintenance
An important natural property of (urban) wood is that it 'works'. By properly maintaining your drinks board, you prevent any cracks or the board from warping. Clean the board after use with a damp cloth or lukewarm water (not in the dishwasher). Then dry the board thoroughly. Also treat the plank regularly with a natural oil so that moisture cannot penetrate.

Natural materials
All our products are made from natural materials and are therefore unique. The photos on the website may differ slightly from the delivered products. The type of wood is as stated, but the grain pattern, color tone and possible finish with bark (bark side) is always different. To prevent wood waste (and also because it is simply beautiful), there is sometimes a knot or gap in our drinks boards. To keep the wood in good condition, we treat our serving boards with grapeseed oil as standard.
